Property Booking
If a customer chooses to book any property through a developer or builder, the booking amount, payment schedule, cancellation, refund terms, and possession conditions shall be governed solely by the respective developer’s official policies.
AP Infra Group is not responsible for refund decisions taken by third-party developers.
Consultation Services
Property consultation provided by AP Infra Group is generally free unless otherwise communicated.
If any paid consultancy service is introduced in the future, the applicable refund terms will be communicated before payment.
Site Visit
Site visit scheduling is free of charge.
Customers may cancel or reschedule a site visit by contacting our team in advance.
Payments
If AP Infra Group accepts any advance payment, service charges, or booking assistance fees in the future, refunds will be processed only according to the agreed terms shared at the time of payment.
